ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION. NYS Dept of Health only allows pharmacists to inoculate persons 65 or older. If we can't verify your information the appointment will be canceled

Cancellation Policy

To cancel please call us at least **24 Hours** in advance. Rescheduling of appointments is not available - your dose will be given to other patients.
